Instructional Breakdowns:

1. Dominate the Hand Fight

In this course I teach you the basics of hand fighting. Meaning, how to move your partner in order to create scoring opportunities on the feet, how to get certain tie ups, how to use those tie ups, and how to defend or clear common tie ups that you will see on the mats.

2. Duck Unders: The Slickest Route to the Back

In this course, I teach my infamous Duck Under Takedowns. The focus of this takedown is to get to and take our opponents back from the standing position.

3. High Percentage Takedowns for BJJ

In this course, I teach takedowns that keep you out of common submission counters to the stand-up game. In particular I focus on takedowns that allow you to score while avoiding head and arm chokes like the guillotine, anaconda, and darce and submissions such as the kimura, a common counter to traditional wrestling-based takedowns.

4. Wrestling for Dummies: Solo Drills

In this course, I teach beginners solo drills for the stand-up game. This is not only offensive drills, but defensive drills that you should get good at in order to practice Wrestling safely in Jiu-Jitsu.

5. Ankle Picks: The Gold Medal Takedown

In this course, I teach the Ankle Pick, one of my most common takedowns. I also dive deep into chain Wrestling from the Ankle Pick into other takedowns.

6. Get on Top Stay On Top: Rear Body Lock Takedowns, Riding, and Pinning

In this course, I teach folkstyle Wrestling. This course focuses on Mat Returning, Pinning, Riding, and controlling our partners after the takedown has occurred. This is more for traditional Wrestlers but can definitely be helpful for Jiu-Jitsu practitioners.

7. Single Leg Takedowns for Jiu-Jitsu

In this course, I teach Single Leg takedowns, statistically this is the #1 leg attack in all of Wrestling. This is a very beginner friendly, introduction course for the Single Leg Takedown.

8. Snap Downs: Using Heavy Hands to Break Your Opponent

In this course, I focus on more advanced hand fighting techniques. It's a follow up to dominate the hand fight, where I will focus on teaching you how to create heavy hands that break your opponents, lead to snap downs, and force our opponents to take bad shots, or give us leg attacks.

9. Hips Don't Lie: A Beginners Guide to Takedown Defense

In this course, I focus on takedown defense for all levels. If you're being taken down constantly by better wrestlers, this will be a great start to give you some direction on the feet.

10. Takedowns for Older Grapplers: Underhook Takedowns

In this course, I focus on Underhook based takedowns. In particular, how to take our opponents down using an underhook without hitting a knee to the mat. This means there will be no knee pounding via penetration steps. As the title implies, I filmed this one in particular for my older friends who have knee problems, but of course anyone can use this underhook techniques.
